At Cornerstone, we do not believe in setting limits! We believe each child's potential is limitless!
Our services include but are not limited to:
Physical Therapy: aquatic therapy, pelvic floor dysfunction/incontinence, torticollis, plagiocephaly, toe walking, gait, mobility, balance, coordination, motor-planning, strength, muscle tone, range of motion, orthopedic and sports injuries, postural control & positioning, & post-surgical rehab.
Occupational Therapy: sensory processing disorder, fine motor delays, handwriting, behavior & sensory regulation, self-care & life skills, visual-motor integration, play & social skills, balance, coordination, strength, & endurance.
Speech Therapy: speech sound disorders, expressive & receptive language, Apraxia of speech, pragmatics & social communication, auditory processing, oral motor & feeding, lip and tongue ties, and augmentative & alternative communication (AAC).
Sensory Integration: Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, poor tolerance of sensory stimuli from the environment, poor balance & body awareness, poor attention & concentration, poor self-regulation, behavioral & social difficulties, & poor motor coordination & planning.

Our goals are to help each individual reach their fullest potential and obtain a maximum level of independence. We value family participation in helping to empower your children. We are an independent service provider, led by Candace Moore, DPT, who has been caring for our community since 2005. We are excited to expand our existing outpatient physical therapy clinic by adding a new location to better care for the pediatric needs of our community!
