Physical Therapy

     Candace Moore, DPT, Clinic Owner

Candace has been taking care of the community's physical therapy needs for over 16 years! If you have the pleasure of knowing Candace you know that she loves her family fiercely, treats her staff as family, and will go above and beyond for each and every patient!

She has been dedicated to providing the highest quality physical therapy at Cornerstone Therapy and Balance Center, and she is equally dedicated to provide that same quality to the pediatric community.

Candace's drive for expanding into pediatric therapy is very personal. Roman, Candace's oldest son, was born with Down Syndrome. She soon realized the need for quality, caring, family centered PT/OT/ST as these therapy services have made such an impact on their family's life. Roman has inspired many, in many ways. We are especially grateful that he inspired his mother to open Cornerstone Pediatric Therapy!
